We Desperately Need Donations. No matter how much they are.

When we first started doing this, just my husband and I before getting a few others involved, never dreamed that we would since April foster and adopt out alone just the two of us, now over 104 dogs and 4 cats. I never will forget our first rescue, who came to us after me working one day at the Claiborne shelter office, getting a call from Subway Restaurant that they had a small puppy in their sewer drain and could the animal shelter come get it out. Well of course we have no shelter as of yet, so not knowing what to do I decided this little guy was going to be our first rescue, something that I had Admired Gloria McPherson for being able to do all alone most of her life. That's how San-Chris came back to life and reopen their doors.

There is so much involved with these little guys we have had. I didn't really care or think about the cost of it at that time we rescued Subway   ( this is what we named him ), as me and my husband decided we would take any expenses out of our on pockets even though we are living on very limited income. So when there are 6 puppies or 8 puppies or 10 as we have had at one time come in that's where We need help. We have had as many as 16 dogs at one time just us alone, so not only do these puppies need 1st and 2cnd shots, but to be dewormed, not twice but some times more than that. Most every dog or puppy that has came to us has need a 10 day treatment of a medication that heals a parasite they get if they are neglected and eat what ever they can find which in turn gives them diarrhea. This medicine is very costly around $80 dollars a bottle if you have 6 or more puppies you need to treat for 10 days, and out of 62 puppies all have had this except 6. If this is not treated eventually this could kill them. On top of that there are so many other costs for vets that we had never thought about having, as well as supplies of everything you can think of to help take care of and get these dogs healthy, sociable and adoptable. So PLEASE OPEN YOUR HEARTS and give anything. EVEN ONE DOLLAR  if that's all you can afford, ever Dollar counts. You can give to our bank Enrichment Federal Credit Union in New Tazewell, Tn by calling them at 423-626-5505 and telling them you want to make a donation to the San-Chris Foster and Adoption Organization, or you  can contact our vet at Harrogate Hospital for Animals 423-869-3666 and tell them you would like to donate money to our account we have there. We hope to start getting donations coming to us regularly as we desperately need help with these costs. We are doing fund raisers, but this alone is not enough. So if you are interested in HELPING A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, who takes in unwanted, mistreated, thrown out to defend for them selves, or even abused dogs or cats, here is a good cause. So many cats and dogs are roaming the streets of Claiborne and being dropped off everywhere, some times mother and her Puppies. Horses are being abused as well. Claiborne Shelter is doing everything they can to get a shelter up and running, but this could be a yr or longer down the line, and we can not turn our backs on these animals till then. THEY NEED OUR HELP We have the facility to now house a few abused horses till we can find a better home for them as well as dogs, puppies and cats, through the gift of Gloria  turning her barn into  a rescue for animals., This is being redone with donations and fundraisers as well. My husband and I will continue to foster out of our home for as long as we live. So as you can see we do need your help desperatelyWe both love what we do and will do everything in our power to help these animals. Please, if possible help us continue to save them.
